We're Elliot and Lincoln, twin brothers and founders of Shine and Drive. Our love for car care started young, washing our parents' cars in the driveway and competing over who could get the better finish. That friendly rivalry grew into a genuine passion for the craft and it's the same attention to detail we bring to every car today.From a quick wash to a full interior detail, we treat every vehicle like it's our own. Because it deserves nothing less.

• Do you come to me?
No, all vehicles are serviced at our location. Vehicles must be brought to us.
• What payment methods do you accept?
Cash and card payments are accepted.
• Do I need to book?
Yes, bookings are recommended to secure a time that suits you.• What information do I need when booking?
Please provide:
Yes. We clean cars, utes, SUVs, vans, and many larger vehicles.
• Do you clean trucks?
Yes, including many commercial trucks. If you have a large truck, machinery, or specialty vehicle, contact us to discuss your requirements.
• What if my vehicle is unusual or very large?
Get in touch with us. We're always up for a challenge and will let you know if we can help.
• Can I add extra services?
Yes. Extra services can be added to any package and are quoted based on vehicle size and condition.
• Are prices for extras fixed?
No. Extra service pricing varies depending on the vehicle and amount of work required.
• How long will my vehicle take?
Service times vary depending on the package selected and the vehicle's condition. We can provide an estimate when booking.
• Do you clean heavily soiled vehicles?
Yes, however additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, stains, pet hair, mud, or other
conditions requiring extra time.
• How do I get a quote?
Contact us with details of your vehicle and the service you're after, and we'll be happy to provide a quote.

General Terms & Conditions
- Vehicles are assessed on arrival and pricing may vary depending on condition.
- Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, stains, pet hair or specialty cleaning.
- Customers should remove valuable or fragile items before the service.
- Shine & Drive is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear or defects.
- Payment is required upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
- Bookings are subject to availability.
Voucher Terms & Conditions
- One voucher per customer.
- Voucher must be presented when booking or redeeming.
- Voucher can be refused if suspected suspicious activity is related to acquiring vouchers.
- Valid for one vehicle only.
- Cannot be exchanged for cash or used with other offers.
- Additional charges may apply where applicable.
- "Fathers Day Voucher" must be used before 01/01/2028.
